Every piece of Natalie T. Designs fine artisan jewelry is handwrought by Denise Graves. That means each piece will be ever-so-slightly unique. The photos represent the style of each piece as accurately as possible. Please read all dimensions and descriptions carefully to ensure the piece you order is the piece you want. RETURN POLICY

Please note that ALL SALES are final and no refunds will be offered. Items may be exchanged—with the exception of custom work—within two weeks of purchase for available items in the online shop (customer is responsible for all shipping costs).

SHIPPING POLICY

All items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible and all customers will be emailed an estimated shipment date. Please allow 3-4 weeks for Custom work as this piece is being made especially for you. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. You are responsible for all duties and taxes applied to a shipment at customs. A contact phone number is required for all shipments. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
